We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for websites, applications, and digital products. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs while maintaining usability and design standards.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and iterate designs accordingly.
- Design for responsive and adaptive layouts, ensuring compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and digital experiences.
- Incorporate accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG guidelines) into designs to create inclusive experiences.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to bridge design and development (coding expertise is a plus).
- Familiarity with design systems and ability to create and manage them.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tools like ClickUp or other project management platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a strong advantage.
