SEO Specialist (Full Time)
Job Summary:
We are growing and are looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our Team. This is a position where you will be analyzing data to determine the SEO keyword strategy for websites, and performing ongoing listing management.
The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data in order to provide insights and make recommendations for website structure (define categorization, organization, and navigational conventions).
- Auditing websites to determine the SEO keyword strategy for websites.
- Setting up Google My Business accounts and performing ongoing management.
- Setting up directory submissions using YEXT and performing ongoing listing management.
- Setting up Search Console and SEMRUSH-health monitoring and performing ongoing management.
- XML sitemap setup.
- Create title tags and meta descriptions.
- Build URL structure for new websites.
- Communicate effectively to account executives and project managers.
- Oversee the monthly audit of accounts.
- Provide team members with ranking reports.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of search engine marketing.
- Strong teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented nature.
- Proven capacity to work with minimal direct oversight in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of web standards, technologies, and terminology.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEMRUSH.
- Knowledge of YEXT.
