SEO Specialist (Full Time)

Razib Marketing is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in the hospitality and travel industry. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and solve complex SEO issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Optimize websites for local SEO, including Google My Business (GMB) profiles, local citations, and location-based strategies.
- Perform keyword research using tools like SEMrush to identify opportunities and create content strategies.
- Analyze data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.
- Identify and fix on-page issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and poor metadata.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
- Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and campaign performance.
- Develop strategies for voice search optimization, mobile-first indexing, and core web vitals improvements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience in managing Google My Business (GMB) profiles and local SEO campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SEO auditing tools and fixing technical SEO issues.
- Critical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement creative solutions.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Experience in building strategies for improving organic search performance for multiple websites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and how they align with SEO goals.
- Familiarity with Schema markup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the hotel and travel industry, with experience optimizing websites for hospitality brands.
- Experience in using project management tools like ClickUp.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking implementation.
