Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvements.
- Support the team in performing SEO audits to identify on-page and technical issues.
- Optimize metadata, titles, headings, and content for SEO best practices.
- Monitor and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles for local SEO improvements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports on Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Help build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively.
- Track and report performance metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in SEO and digital marketing with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush (knowledge of these tools is a plus but not mandatory).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
