Business Development Operations Manager (Full Time)

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Operations Manager at Razib Marketing in Savar. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, analyzing business processes, overseeing communication strategies, budgeting, managing hiring and HR tasks, monitoring project management tools, and developing strategies for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Hiring and HR: Manage the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and handling HR-related responsibilities, including employee relations and performance management. Propose new HR and company policy and procedures and implement them.
Project Management: Regularly review our project management tool, ClickUp, to monitor task progress, identify any due or overdue tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
Employee Coordination: Notify employees of upcoming deadlines and provide reminders to ensure timely task completion.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement weekly plans and strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Create a futuristic plan of growth and discuss with the management. Plan to make new partnership with the cloud and tech vendors and plan to roadmap to grow with them.
Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination across the organization. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Budgeting.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and HR processes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Click Up.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and drive their implementation.
